Put the app on your phone
Two minutes from the link your dispatcher sends to a working app on your home screen.
Open the link
Your dispatcher sends you a link. Open it in Safari on iPhone or Chrome on Android. There is nothing to download from an app store.
Add it to your home screen
On iPhone: tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. On Android: tap the install prompt or Menu, then Add to Home screen. Now it opens like any other app.
Sign in with your crew login
Use the login your dispatcher created for you. You stay signed in; no daily password ritual.
Allow the camera
The app asks for camera access the first time you take a job photo. Allow it; photos are half the job record.
