Day-one setup
- Sign up. It takes 60 seconds.
- Import your customers (CSV, XLSX, or paste from your current tool).
- Add your trucks and crews under Settings, then Fleet & drivers.
- Set your job types and volume-price tiers, from 1/8 truck to a full load.
- Book your first pickup and send a crew.
Booking & dispatch
- Take the call and capture job type, estimated volume, access, and heavy items.
- Open Dispatch and drag the job onto a crew for the day.
- Open the Route Builder and hit Optimize for route order. Same-day jobs append to the route; drag to reorder or re-run Optimize.
- Send the crew to the app. No install needed.
On-site quoting
- Crew arrives and sizes up the actual pile.
- Pick the fraction of a truck in the app.
- Access and heavy-item surcharges apply automatically.
- Customer approves and signs on the phone, and the job starts.
Dump tickets & disposal
- Crew picks the disposal destination (landfill / transfer / donation / recycling).
- Snap the weight ticket; enter the ticket # and tonnage.
- Tipping fee logs against the job so margin is visible.
- Restricted items (mattresses, tires, e-waste) flag for the right destination.
Donations & receipts
- Mark items diverted to donation or recycling.
- Generate an itemized donation receipt for the customer.
- Receipt stores on the job + the customer timeline.
- Diversion rate rolls up for your own reporting and marketing.
Billing without fights
- Photos, signatures, and dump tickets are collected at job completion.
- Exceptions lists finished-not-invoiced jobs, missing POs, and jobs with no price.
- One click turns a clean job into an invoice.
- The quote, the job, and the invoice stay linked on the customer's page.
Repeat B2B accounts
- Flag a customer as property manager / realtor / contractor.
- Set up recurring jobs or standing instructions per property.
- Roll multiple properties into one monthly statement.
- Re-book from the saved account and property instead of rebuilding the job from a text thread.
Your data, your org
- Every record belongs to your organization.
- Roles: Owner, Dispatcher, Crew, Bookkeeper. Each sees what the job needs.
- Crews see stops and photos, not your financials.
- Billing and permission changes are logged in the audit trail.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Getting started
How long does setup take?
About an hour, and you do not need to be technical. If you can send an email and take a photo on your phone, you can run this. Sign up, bring in your customer list, add your trucks and crew, set your prices, and book your first job. A checklist on your home screen walks you through each step in order.
Can I bring my data from ServiceCore, Docket, Jobber, or a spreadsheet?
Yes. Every tool has a way to download your customer list as a spreadsheet file (usually called a CSV). Download that file, drop it into our import wizard, and it lines the columns up for you, shows you a preview of every row, and flags anything that looks like a duplicate before saving a thing. Customers, job history, and unpaid balances all come over. It is free on every plan, and if you get stuck, email us and we will do it with you.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. Sign up and run your real work in it. After 14 days, pick a plan, or do nothing and your account switches to view-only: you can still see everything, you just cannot book new work until you choose a plan.
I run the whole business myself. Is this overkill?
No. Solo operators use the same flow with fewer people: book the job in the office view, then run it from your phone in the crew app. The point is never entering the same job twice.
Do my crews need training?
The crew app is a phone screen with big buttons: today's stops, photos, signature, dump ticket. Most crews are comfortable by the second stop. The tutorials below cover everything else.
Plans and billing
What does per-truck pricing mean?
Plans are sized by how many trucks you run, not how many people log in. Add office staff and crew logins on any plan without paying extra per person.
Are there per-user fees or paid add-ons?
No. Every feature in your plan is included. Text reminders, review requests, and the online booking page are not sold separately or charged extra.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month to month, and you cancel yourself with a button in Settings. No phone call, no talking someone out of it, no cancellation fee.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can download a complete snapshot of every customer, job, invoice, photo record, and message before or after you cancel. Your data is never held hostage.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes. Pay for a year up front and you save 15 percent on any plan.
Booking and running jobs
Can customers book online?
Yes. Your booking page shows real arrival windows from your actual schedule, lets the customer describe the pile, and quotes from your own price list. You approve every request before it lands on a truck.
How does volume pricing work?
You set a price for each fraction of a truck, from an eighth to a full load, plus surcharges for stairs, long carries, and heavy items like pianos and hot tubs. Crews pick the fraction on-site and the price computes in front of the customer.
What is a dump ticket and why track it?
The weight ticket from the landfill or transfer station. Log the ticket number, tonnage, and tipping fee against the job, and the margin report shows what each haul actually made after disposal costs.
How do donation receipts work?
Mark items diverted to donation or recycling and the app generates an itemized receipt you print and hand the customer for their taxes. Your diversion rate rolls up for your own reporting and marketing.
Can I handle repeat commercial accounts?
Yes. Mark a customer as a property manager, realtor, or contractor and you can set up jobs that repeat on a schedule, keep notes per property, and send them one combined bill at the end of the month: a single statement covering every property, instead of a stack of separate invoices their office has to sort through.
Does it plan routes?
Yes. Drag jobs onto a crew and hit optimize. Same-day jobs insert without wrecking the day's order.
The crew app
Do crews install anything from an app store?
No. The crew app runs in the phone browser and installs to the home screen in two taps. It works on any modern iPhone or Android.
What if there is no signal at the job?
The app keeps working. Photos, signatures, and job updates save on the phone and sync when the truck is back in coverage.
What do crews see?
Today's stops in route order with the customer's history, gate codes, and access notes. Crews do not see pricing reports or business financials unless you give them a role that includes it.
How do before and after photos work?
Two taps at the start of the job, two at the end. Photos attach to the job record, protect you in damage disputes, and give you honest marketing material.
Can customers pay in the field?
Completed jobs flow straight to invoicing, and customers pay by card from a secure link on the invoice. You can also log checks and cash against the job.
Your data
Who can see my business data?
Only the people you invite, scoped by role: Owner, Dispatcher, Crew, and Bookkeeper. Every record belongs to your organization and stays there.
Is my data backed up?
Yes. Daily backups on managed cloud infrastructure, and you can export your own snapshot anytime.
Can I export everything?
Yes. You can download all of it, customers, jobs, invoices, messages, and reports, as normal files you can open in Excel. Anytime, on every plan, no phone call required.
Do you sell my data or my customers' data?
No. Your customer list is yours. The privacy policy says the same thing in plain English.
Pricing
How does the free trial work?
Sign up, run your real work in it, take your time. No credit card needed. After 14 days, pick a plan, or your account switches to view-only until you do: your data stays put, you just cannot book new work.
Will you migrate my data?
Yes. Download your customer list from ServiceCore, Docket, Jobber, Housecall Pro, or your spreadsheet, and the import wizard brings it in: it matches the columns, previews every row, and flags duplicates before saving anything. Free on every plan, and we will help if you get stuck.
What counts as a truck for plan limits?
Any vehicle you send jobs to: dump truck, box truck, or a pickup with a trailer. A truck that only sits in the yard does not count against your plan.
Do you charge for onboarding or setup?
No. Some competitors charge hundreds or even thousands of dollars for setup and training. Here, setup is something you do yourself in about an hour with the tutorials, and if you want help moving your data over, that help is included.
Still stuck?
We answer email from real people who know the industry. Most replies land the same business day.
