Set your volume prices
Your master price list: truck fractions, extra charges, and your minimum.
Open the price book
Settings, then Junk pricing. The price book is just your master price list: every quote in the office, on the booking page, and on a crew's phone is computed from what you set here, so you set a price once and it applies everywhere.
Price the truck fractions
Set a price for each fraction from an eighth of a truck to a full load. Most operators anchor the full-load price to their market and let the fractions scale down from it.
Add access surcharges
Stairs, long carries, and tight access add labor time. Set each surcharge once and crews apply them with a tap on-site instead of improvising a number.
Add heavy-item charges
Pianos, safes, hot tubs, and appliance counts carry their own charges. These stack on top of the volume price.
Set your minimum
The single-item minimum keeps small pickups worth the drive. The quote flow never goes below it.
Test it from the quote screen
Open the in-field quote tool and price an imaginary pile. If the number matches what you would say on a driveway, the book is right.
