Create your account
Sign up with your email, name the company, and set your service area. No card required. You land in a guided first-run checklist that tracks the rest of this tutorial.
Add your trucks
Open Settings, then Fleet & drivers. Add each truck or trailer with its type and capacity in cubic yards. That capacity is what a full-truck price means on this unit, so get it right once and quoting stays honest.
Invite your team
Open Settings, then Team. Invite office staff as Dispatchers, field staff as Crew, and your bookkeeper as Bookkeeper. Each role only sees what its job needs: crew members see their stops and photos, never your prices or your reports. If it is just you for now, skip this step and come back when you hire.
Set your volume prices
Open Settings, then Junk pricing. Price each fraction of a truck and the access and heavy-item surcharges. The next tutorial covers this screen in detail.
Book a test job end to end
Create a customer, book a pickup for today, assign it to yourself, and run it from the crew app on your phone: photos, signature, dump ticket. Ten minutes here teaches you more than an hour of reading.
