Reconcile dump tickets and donations

Review where each finished haul went, what disposal cost it incurred, and which donated items need a receipt.

  1. Match the ticket to the finished haul

Open Dump tickets and choose the completed job. Confirm the destination, ticket number, weight, recovered value, tipping fee, and any refrigerant handling against the paperwork from the crew.

  2. Check the recent-ticket list

Recent dump tickets keeps the job, customer, completion date, destination, ticket number, weight, and disposal cost together. Review missing or unusual entries while the haul is still fresh.

  3. Issue the donation receipt

For a donated load, open Donations, select the completed job and donation center, then itemize each donated article. Issue the receipt only after the descriptions, quantities, and operator-entered values are correct.

  4. Correct instead of replacing history

If a donation receipt is wrong, void it and issue the corrected record. The original stays with the job as history, and a failed or missing-recipient email remains visible in Exceptions for explicit follow-up.

  5. Use analytics as a planning check

Disposal Analytics works from the fees, drive distances, and load figures entered on that page. Check those figures against current tipping agreements before using its cost comparison.
