For the office
On-site quotes, from the office side
What you see when a crew quotes a pile, and how approvals keep pricing controlled.
The crew prices from your book
On-site, the crew picks the truck fraction and surcharges from the price book you set. They cannot invent a number, which is the point.
The customer approves on the phone
The customer sees the itemized price and signs on the crew's phone. The signed quote attaches to the job.
Watch it land on the job
The quoted price flows onto the job and later the invoice, so what was promised on the driveway is what gets billed.
Handle the exceptions
If the pile turns out bigger than booked, the crew re-quotes the real volume and the customer re-approves. The history keeps both numbers, so disputes have receipts.
