From lead to booked job

Where leads land, what to capture on the call, and how to book it right the first time.

  1. Watch the Leads inbox

A lead is anyone who asked about a job but has not booked yet. When someone fills out your booking page or web form, they land in the Leads screen automatically, along with everything they already told you. When someone calls instead, you type it into the same form while you talk.

  2. Capture the four things that price a job

Job type, estimated volume as a fraction of a truck, access, and heavy items. With those four, the quote range is automatic and honest.

  3. Give a range, not a promise

Quote the range the volume estimate supports. The exact price gets confirmed on-site when the crew sees the actual pile, and the customer hears that up front.

  4. Accept and schedule

Accepting a lead creates the job. Pick the day and arrival window; the customer gets a confirmation automatically.

  5. Let the reminders work

When messaging is activated for your account, day-before reminders and en-route texts can go out automatically. Until then, the same workflow stays visible to dispatch for manual follow-up.
